[ it is pointedly not on any holiday, but sometime this week, at an extremely inconvenient time (like 3 am) for most people, an unsigned envelope will be delivered.
It's a free visit to a cat café! However, further research will reveal that it is well known for its yelp reviews (or synflux yelp... snelp?) of all the cats being hostile to every visitor, and will attack people on entry. How they're still in business is heavily debated.

it's described to him by the woman helping him in the store as "charming." he can't read the text on it, but he's assured his "partner" will think it's great. it's purchased and left at sebastian's door in a neatly folded square with a qr code on top. scanning it gives the following message: )

[ On December 31st, Sebastian will wake up to a plainly wrapped package at his doorstep. Attached to the gift is a card bearing a message written in elegant script. ]

It is tradition where I come from to open presents right before the turn of the year, so that one enters the new year in delight, but you may of course choose to open it any time you desire.
